This article concentrates on the cartoonist of Pakistan specifically editorial cartoonists and digital animators and illustrators working in the field of cartooning. The paper focuses on the evolution of cartooning in Pakistan. The article starts off with the pioneer of cartoons in Pakistan, Anwar Ali to the era of digital cartooning also known to many as digital illustrations. This research centers around the existence of cartoonists in post partition Pakistan to the present day where with the evolution of digital industry, this art form is almost on existent.
